What happens to my photo?

Your photo is used only to generate your avatar. It is sent to our image provider, which does not train on it, and it is never shown to anyone else. We delete it automatically 24 hours after your last generation.

How long do you keep my images?

Generated images stay available for 12 months so you can download them again, then they are deleted. You can delete any image, or your whole account, at any time from your account page.

Can I use the result commercially?

No. Avatars are for personal, non-commercial use only: profile pictures, sharing with friends, printing for yourself. The film universes belong to their rights holders.

Why does it not look exactly like me?

The image model keeps your face but redraws it in the style of the film, so some details change. A sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo gives the closest likeness. Each paid image includes 2 free regenerations if the first try misses.

What is your refund policy?

If something went wrong with a paid image, write to us from the contact page within 14 days and we will refund the purchase. Unused credits can be refunded too.

Which photo formats are supported?

JPEG, PNG and HEIC (iPhone photos), up to 10 MB. The photo must show one person, clearly, and that person must be an adult.

Do I need an account?

No. You can try a free preview and pay with just an email address. Your credits and images stay attached to that email, and you can sign in later with a one-time link.

Is this a subscription?

No. You buy a pack of credits once. Credits are valid for 12 months and nothing renews automatically.
