1. Who we are

movieavatar.ai is operated by MY DYNAMIC PRODUCTION SRL, Rue du curé 18a, 4280 Moxhe, company number 0676680512 ("we"). Contact: contact form.

2. The service

You upload a photo, choose a universe and a style, and we generate an avatar image with an artificial intelligence image model. A free, watermarked preview is offered once per person. Full-resolution images are unlocked with credits bought in packs.

3. Your photo

• You warrant that the photo you upload is of you, or that you hold the explicit permission of the person shown in it, and that you hold the rights needed to upload it.
• You must not upload a photo of a minor, a photo containing nudity, or a photo of someone without their consent. We check every photo automatically and refuse those that do not comply.
• You keep all your rights in your photo. You grant us only the licence needed to process it to provide the service. We delete it automatically 24 hours after your last generation.

4. Generated images: personal, non-commercial use only

Avatars are provided for your personal, non-commercial use: profile pictures, private sharing, personal prints. Any commercial use is excluded, including resale, merchandising, advertising and use in a product. The universes named on the site belong to their respective rights holders; we are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them, and names are used only to describe the style of an image.

Generated images can be imperfect. The likeness to your photo varies with the photo and the style.

5. Prices, payment and credits

• Prices are shown in euros, taxes included. Payment is handled by Stripe. There is no subscription.
• One credit unlocks one full-resolution image and includes 2 free regenerations. Unused credits are valid 12 months from purchase and are attached to the email used at checkout.
• Because the image is delivered immediately after payment at your express request, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for credits already used. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. If a paid image is defective, contact us and we will refund it.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create images that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexual, or that impersonate another person, nor try to bypass our limits, automated checks or payment. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

7. Removal of universes

We may remove a universe at any time, in particular at the request of a rights holder. Images already unlocked remain downloadable for their retention period unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. Within the limits allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where MY DYNAMIC PRODUCTION SRL is registered, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. The European Commission online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
