What we process, why, and on what legal basis

We do not use your photo to train any model, and our image provider is contractually bound not to train on it. We do not sell your data.
Recipients (subprocessors)
- Google (Gemini API): image generation and photo checks, under a data processing agreement, with no training on customer data.
- Stripe: payments and invoices.
- Cloudflare: bot protection (Turnstile) and image delivery.
- Our hosting and email providers.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Most of this is self-service: your account page lets you delete any image or your whole account immediately, and deletion covers our file storage, not only our database. For anything else, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Automated checks
Each photo is checked automatically for the number of faces, sharpness, apparent age and nudity before any image is generated. A refusal only prevents generation from that photo; it has no other effect on you. You can contact us if you think a refusal was wrong.
We keep a record of processing activities as required by the GDPR.
