A portrait for the Day of the Dead
Día de Muertos is one of the most beautiful celebrations in the world: marigold petals, candles by the hundred, papel picado fluttering over the streets and faces painted as elegant sugar skulls. This universe brings that celebration to your portrait, with the face paint drawn on your own face so you stay recognisable underneath.
Three styles
Catrina Portrait is the default: delicate sugar-skull face paint, a crown of marigolds and roses, elegant festive clothing and a warm glow of candles behind you.
Marigold Night is the street scene: a candlelit plaza at night, strings of papel picado overhead, marigold petals in the air and a mariachi band in the distance.
Ofrenda is the quiet, intimate portrait: kneeling before a family altar with photographs, candles, marigolds and pan de muerto, in soft golden light.
For the best result
A sharp, front-facing photo with even light gives the best likeness, since the paint follows the shape of your face. Glasses and beards are kept. Each paid image includes two free regenerations.
